It was real fun to travel in India with these wonderful friends. |
Encouraged by the success of the last two Spiritual India Trips, I have decided to organize our third Spiritual India Trip from October 24th to November 6th this year. Following are just some details of this Trip.
While travelling in the most popular destinations in North India - Delhi, Agra, Rishikesh and Jaipur, we shall enjoy the local culture, architecture, food from different parts of India, sightseeing and fun activities like elephant/camel rides etc.

We shall explore Ashram living, Yoga, Ayurveda and spirituality etc. during our visits to Rishkesh/Haridwar/Delhi. Spread along the banks of the Ganges river and located at the foothills of Himalayas, the holy city of Rishikesh lays claim to the title of Yoga Capital of the World. Thronged with ashrams, temples, shrines, pilgrims and Sadhus (spiritual men), Rishikesh is marked by an atmosphere uniquely of its own. Rishikesh is also famous as the place where the Beatles wrote most of their White Album during their India visit.
The best thing about this trip is that we shall be in India at the time of Diwali (the festival of lights - Nov. 3rd), the most important festival in India.
Following is just a brief itinerary of this trip, including visit to Taj Mahal in Agra, Bahai Lotus Temple, Akshar Dham etc. in Delhi, Hawa Mahal, a great palace in Jaipur, Ashram-s and places of faith in Rishikesh. This plan is subject to minor changes.
